There is a sense of a growing frustration within my field in the State of Maine. There’s a definite disconnect between what those of us, boots on the ground, are experiencing from those that sit in Augusta making decisions about what those of us, with boots on the ground should be doing. Can we not get into a room and just talk? Can we not form yet another committee or task force to explain to lawmakers what needs to be done? More to come as I re-open this blog for like the 18th time in the 4th year of its creation…
